Vile homophobic flyers comparing the rainbow flag to the swastika have been delivered in letterboxes.
The flyers, titled The Death Of Reason’, claimed ‘state propaganda has morphed from Nazi political perversion into perverted gay activism for abnormal marriage equality.’
The sick flyers sparked furore after they were stuffed into letterboxes around St Kilda in Melbourne’s southeast.

Anti-Defamation Commission chairman Dr Dvir Abramovich said the flyers are a shocking reminder that extremist ideology still thrives.
‘It shocks the conscience that such virulently anti-gay rhetoric has invaded the homes of residents in St Kilda, promoting its message of hate and exploiting the Holocaust to demonise the LGBTQI community and those supporting marriage equality.’
‘It is also deplorable that this extremist group is twisting the teaching of Christianity in service of their warped agenda and reprehensible incitement.’
Dr Dvir Abramovich said the flyers are consistent with similar material springing up in Melbourne universities.
St Kilda is the home to the Pride March, held annually since 1996.
The seaside suburb will also house the Victoria’s first Pride Centre.
