B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation condemns deadly Westminster terrorist attack

Today, Dr Dvir Abramovich, Chairman of the ADC, issued the following statement following the horrifying terrorist attack in Westminster, London, that claimed the lives of 4 people and injured at least 29.

“Islamic terrorism has struck once again, this time in the heart of English democracy. We are both deeply saddened and utterly appalled by this senseless and vicious terrorist attack upon innocents. As we wish the wounded a full and speedy recovery, we mourn today’s victims, and our heartfelt thoughts and prayers are with the families and loved ones of the victims. At this dark hour, we stand resolutely with the British people and government as they grapple with this traumatic and heartbreaking tragedy. This latest episode of barbarism and depravity is another wake up call to the international community that no citizen is safe until the evil of ISIS inspired, radical jihadist terrorism, that knows no bounds or borders, is defeated. It clearly demonstrates that the civilised world must work together to mount a coordinated campaign to confront this terrorist scourge. It is our hope that anyone who aided in the planning and in the carrying out of this sickening assault is apprehended and swiftly brought to justice”
