The B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission has welcomed the release of Jonathan Pollard this week from a U.S prison after serving thirty years for spying for Israel. According to his parole conditions, Pollard must remain in the US for the next five years.
Dr. Dvir Abramovich, Chairman of ADC, issued the following statement:
“We welcome the release of Jonathan Pollard after more than three decades in prison. We wish him and his wife Esther well in the future, and like many others share in the hope that he is soon able to immigrate to Israel as he has requested.”
