ADC welcomes Prime Minister Netanyahu‘s visit to Australia

Today Dr Dvir Abramovich, Chairman of the B’nai B’rith Anti-Defamation Commission (ADC) issued the following statement in anticipation of Israeli Prime Minister Binyamin Netanyahu visit to Australia this week.

“I am looking forward to meeting the Israeli Prime Minister and to personally conveying our appreciation and our welcome. The visit is a demonstrable reaffirmation of the vitality, vibrancy and shared values of the Australia-Israel friendship, and a timely reminder of the mutually beneficial and unshakable bond between the two countries. This visit is a wonderful opportunity for PM Netanyahu to discuss with PM Turnbull high-agenda items, the ironclad alliance, the goal of achieving peace in the region, and the array of pressing global security issues and threats both nations are facing. It is also an opportunity for both leaders to expand and deepen key areas of closer co-operation between Canberra and Jerusalem.”
