Rabbi Sack’s inspiring writings and speeches had a profound impact on countless people around the world, and we cannot overestimate his courage, astute wisdom and influence.

Rabbi Sacks was deeply committed to civil rights and equality, and to fighting antisemitism, and his work has long inspired and informed the ADC’s mission. Rabbi Sacks was a tireless champion for interreligious dialogue and built enduring bridges of understanding and respect between faith communities.

As we extend our condolences to Rabbi Sack’s family and mourn his passing, we also rededicate ourselves to continuing to fight for the causes to which he devoted his life.
